In a warm setting where closeness with the artists and the joy of sharing take centre stage, discover a show blending theatre and music. Intrigue, jealousy, genius and passion… Freely inspired by Alexander Pushkin’s Mozart and Salieri, this musical show draws the audience into the heart of a legendary artistic duel. Theatre, dark humour and musical outbursts intertwine in a gripping investigation into genius, envy and creation. With Maxime-Pierre Mahé and Romain Peltier, accompanied on piano by Irina Chkourindina.

The Festival Les Primeurs Musicales and the Centre Culturel du Manoir invite you to a musical stroll between the Manoir, the Salle communale of Cologny, and the Domaine de la Vigne Blanche.

Conceived as an encounter between music, heritage and local terroir, this event offers a unique sensory experience combining concerts, a walk and a wine tasting presented by the estate’s winemaker, Sarah Meylan. In an enchanting setting, young performers and composers from yesterday and today respond to one another throughout a sensitive and daring programme.

Founded and directed by Anastasia Voltchok and Irina Chkourindina, the Primeurs Musicales festival, a new star in Geneva’s musical firmament, showcases young Swiss and international talents by offering them a prestigious professional stage.

On the programme: works by Fanny Mendelssohn, Ludwig van Beethoven and Sergei Prokofiev, with a reimagined version of Peter and the Wolf, in which the courageous Petra confronts the wolf alongside two young twin pianists. The young rising star of The Voice, Virginia Sirolli, will also have you rediscovering the magic of the most beautiful Disney film music.

Musical stroll: the audience moves freely between three successive locations.

2pm – Jeunes Vignes, Salle communale de Cologny. A family concert for ages 5 and up. Isn’t Sergei Prokofiev’s famous work called Peter and the Wolf? This time, the stage belongs to the courageous Petra, who confronts the wolf alongside two young twin pianists. With Youyou & Zoey Chang, piano four hands, and Miriflu Engeler, narrator.

3pm – Assemblage, Centre culturel du Manoir de Cologny. A concert by young stars of the Geneva Haute École de Musique, the “Drémise” Quartet, with works by Ludwig van Beethoven and Fanny Mendelssohn. With Elise Persiaux and Mélissa Daudin, violin, Louise Metzger, viola, and Elisa Isnard, cello.

4pm – Music & Terroir, Concert in the Vineyards, Domaine de la Vigne Blanche. Carried by the sensitive and radiant voice of soprano Barbara Barandun, with a wine tasting from the Domaine de la Vigne Blanche in the presence of its winemaker, Sarah Meylan.
